Return Policy

All our headstone products are custom made to your specifications. We engrave your personal details on to the rock. As the saying goes, your personalized names, dates are all etched in stone. We always make sure we work with the information you provide us during the order process.
We will gladly accept a return and replace a product because of the following.
  1. Any damages to the product when you received it and you notify us within 24 hrs of accepting delivery. We ensure that all our orders and packed right to withstand the handling during transportation. However there are occasional issues of damages that occur during the transit. When you receive the marker please make sure there are no visible damages to the outside box. If there are any indicate the damage as a reason and refuse to accept the delivery. However if you find any damage to the product after you open the packaging, please email us a photo and explain the damage within 24 hrs of receiving the headstone.
  2. Mismatch between the information that you provided when you placed the order and the information on the headstone. We have a highly evolved headstone design system that guarantees the integrity of the information flowing through the process. The information that you provide during the order process is exactly reflected in the engraving of the headstone. If in any uncommon situation of a mismatch, we will replace the marker free of cost. Please make sure you forward us the copy of your original order acknowledgement and any communication that shows the correct information that was provided to us. We will only accept the return and replace only if the mismatch is because of the reasons that are ours.
Always contact us before you prepare and send the shipment back to us. We will provide you a Return Merchandize Authroization (RMA) number. Do not ship any returns back to us without a visible indication of RMA number of the outside of the package.
We will not accept any returns if
  1. The product damage is not notified to us within 24 hrs of receiving the shipment.
  2. Mismatch in the engraving because of error that is not on our part. Most commonly if the mistakes are because of an error on your part when you sent us the information or if the information was not complete, we will be responsible for return or replacements.
  3. Return shipments are shipped without a RMA number.
    We will not replace any custom orders if there return conditions are not met with. We charge 20% restocking fee on all non- personalized products that are returned.
